    Applicants must have strong academic records and meet the admission requirements of the institution. English proficiency is required, as most courses are taught in English. Standardized test scores (like SAT, GRE, or GMAT) may be needed for some programs.

    English Language Requirements

  • IELTS: 6.0 – 6.5 or higher
  • PTE Academic: 55 – 65+
  • TOEFL iBT: 80 – 90+
  • Tuition & Living Costs

  • Tuition Fees: SGD 10,000 – 25,000 per year (varies by course and institution)
  • Living Expenses: SGD 8,000 – 15,000 per year (including food, transport, accommodation)
  • Medical Insurance: Mandatory (approx. SGD 200 – 400/year)
  • Student Visa (Student Pass)

    International students need a Student Pass to study in Singapore. Once accepted, the university will register the student with the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) through the SOLAR+ system. Students must apply online and attend a visa appointment upon arrival, if required.

  • Work While Studying

    International students enrolled in full-time courses at approved institutions can work up to 16 hours per week during term and full-time during vacation without a separate work permit. Internships and industrial attachments are also possible if part of the curriculum.

    Post-Study Work Options

    Students may apply for a short-term visit pass after graduation to seek employment. Graduates from selected institutions may qualify for the Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) or Employment Pass, depending on the job offer and salary criteria.

    Application Timeline

  • Research & shortlist courses: 12 months before intake
  • Take required tests (IELTS/SAT/GRE): 10–12 months before
  • Apply to universities: 8–10 months before
  • Receive admission & apply for Student Pass: 3–4 months before
  • Fly to Singapore: 2–4 weeks before course start
